“DADDY’S GONE”

For me, this was the beginning. I recognized that the relationship between my father and I was fleeting. I was so desponded and reminisced on what he told me before he died, which was, “Whatever you do, be the best at it.” I’ve held fast to those words as an artist. Yet, capturing that moment made me value the life of others. Now, all my work is about understanding different relationships among people and i love that. I love people.
